Life’s Little Blessings is now enrolling for its infant, toddler, preschool, pre-k & Kindergarten classes. All necessary forms are available for download.

Each student attending school must have an Admission Form, Health Statement signed and dated by their physician within the past year, a recent copy of his/her immunizations signed and dated by their physician and a copy of their birth certificate. Infants will need to have a monthly-updated care sheet on file.
